According to Li Zhe, co-founder and CEO of Lanzhan Tech, the Asian layout is not simply a copy of the domestic model, but based on a deep localization strategy: on the one hand, the company has signed strategic cooperation memorandums with head enterprises such as mitsubishi electric of Japan, Samsung SDS of South Korea and PTT Group of Thailand to carry out joint research and development around intelligent manufacturing collaboration platform, AI-driven predictive maintenance system and digital twin factory solutions. On the other hand, lanzhan Tech has completed the full stack adaptation of local mainstream industrial protocols (such as JIS B 8201, KS C IEC 61131-3) and data compliance frameworks (such as Japan APPI, South Korea PIPA, Singapore PDPA), and has passed Singapore IMDA certification and ISO/IEC 27001 information security management certification, providing a solid compliance foundation for serving multinational manufacturing enterprises.

Its self-developed lightweight edge AI reasoning engine LanzaEdge v3.2 has realized millisecond-level equipment anomaly identification in a large OEM production line in Vietnam, with an accuracy rate of 99.1 percent, becoming the first Chinese industrial software brand to win the ASEAN Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Case Award. In the next three years, Lanzhan Tech plans to increase Asia's revenue share to 35% of total revenue and promote at least five joint technical achievements into the IEC international standard proposal process.
